Reed Liggin
CEO & Co-Founder
Reed has over 26 years experience in healthcare. Formerly the CEO at eazyScripts Technology and RazorInsights and has also previously held executive positions with athenahealth, McKesson and Allscripts.

Michael McKenzie
Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder
Michael has 30 years of experience in healthcare. He has served as the CIO for Landmark Hospitals, Fountain Life Clinics, Fountain Health Insurance, Longevity BioImaging, Longevity Performance Centers, and Technomad Healthcare Technologies. He co-founded RazorInsights as the COO and held leadership positions with athenahealth and Vanguard Health Systems.

Ken Jackson
Chief Client Officer
Ken is a former community hospital CFO/COO with 34 years in healthcare. He has held various client facing positions at HMS/MedHost, Nextgen and most recently athenahealth where he focused on the successful deployment of financial solutions. Ken also has 5 years of public accounting (auditing & consulting) experience.
